That’s History!

16 May

Today was one of those days where I spend some time digging up photos! And I found some pictures of past projects that I would love to share with you!

The first two were in honor of my Sister’s wedding  in the summer of 2011.  The heart motif was used to create a set of kitchen Hand towels. The other picture was a framed poem with the couple’s names and the date. it was an 8×10 photo frame.

Below is a part of Prov. 31- a gift also. it was framed in a 5×7 photo frame.

Below is a photo of a project in process 3 frogs who stood for ” see, hear, speak no evil” It was finished and framed in a 4×6 photo frame. Another gift for a friend.

Below I was exploring different types of material to cross stitch on. this is a plastic place mat that I found which was similar in count to Monks Cloth- Aida 7

This frame was so interesting to me- that I decided to fill it with tiny pictures. This also was given as a gift.

Here is a name tag I made and inserted into a jewelry box which had a photo window. This one I gave to my little sister. I also painted the box to match. I made a total of 5 of these for different people.
