Punch Needle fun

Punch Needle fun

I have some more fun things to share with you all! This year I worked hard on two Punch needle projects. I really am enjoying this style of embroidery! I am still a beginner, so these two pieces were small, but I have plans to do two more Punch needle projects in 2015 which are bigger, and a little bit more of a challenge. SO stay tuned for those! Again for these you work from the back of the cloth, where the design is printed. Here are the photos of the rooster.

Started the background first. I loved how bright the colors were in this pattern. 🙂

And the finished product, which was glued into a hand painted Shadow box Frame. In the excitement of The Holidays I did not get a chance to take a final photo. But My lovely sister was good enough to send me these!

I also did this lovely Butterfly.

Finish picture of this will come later too. lol

Punch needle is fast and fun and easy.
